DC Top Models Agency and Photography Studio is a new agency created by Kevin Alexander McFadgen because of the tremendous complaints of many models that I met at fashion shows and photo shoots. The models all had very similiar stories about photo shoots where they felt uncomfortable with photographers/video directors having a "casting couch" mentality for them to appear in a video or to do a magazine spread. A major problem that I heard from many models about major model calls is that these events turned out being a scheme to have you purchase expensive photos and portfolios.

DC Top Models is a agency where we work very closely with all of our selected models to secure paid assignments. We get to know the models during our interview process to find out what their goals are and work on finding companies that match a models needs. Our staff and associates consist of make up artist, web designers and security personel that are available to all models if they require an escort. My agency differs from model hosting websites because most high paying clients will not take the time to go through the thousands of pictures that appear on these websites. My agency works on a commission basis, so therefore we work hard to obtain high paying assigments.  My agency actually attends industry events to promote our models and speak about our models specifically if we feel they meet a clients needs.
